This week I thought I will do things a little different.   In the past weed I shared letters kits A-F.  This week I want to share an activity that includes all the ABC letters.  This is a Lego Alphabet mat for practicing the letters shapes.

1.  Prints and laminate the letters pages
2. Make the letters shapes by using Duplo lego cubes.
3. You can spread the sheets on the floor and ask your kid to jump from letter to letter using the sound it makes:  for example  Jump to Mmm

4 you can ask your child to find the letter that makes a certain sound and build it using lego cubes.

Kids fishing games are well loved by younger kids.   This post will present two games that uses the kid’s natural love for fishing games to teach ABCs and spelling.

The first game is designed to teach toddlers the ABC with emphasis on phonetics.
The second game is a spelling Game for reading kids K-3G .

One of my favorite thing to do with Yuli is to take one of her games and adapt it to teach her something new. Today I want to suggest a fun fractions game based on the well loved Headbanz game.
